Sometimes having the ability to build a custom switch legend is more power than some people can handle. I needed a switch to operate the two 12V solenoids that will allow me to dump the air from the airbags for the hitch. I sent out a request to www.K4Switches.com and this is what came back.

Here is the access to the gooseneck ball receiver tube.

Extra height not required.

Here are the vertical supports prior to trimming off the excess.

This is the start of the floating platform. The recesses cut into the vertical spreaders are for the bolts that hold in the airbags.

This is the webbing on the under side of the floating platform. The idea is to make the assembly as rigid as possible.

The gussets were specifically designed to allow clearance for the weld beads.

Good heat penetration for the TIG welder.

1/4", no problem!

All cleaned up and ready to weld.
