Follow My Build

Terms of Use

Follow My Build is operated by American Adventure Lab to coordinate vehicle build requests, estimates, approvals, work records, and customer communication. These terms describe use of the workspace.

Account and Access

Use an email address you control and sign in only as yourself. You can create your own customer planner without an invitation. Access to another customer account, an existing build, or staff tools requires shop authorization. Keep your sign-in links private and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Information You Provide

Provide accurate vehicle details, existing modifications, contact information, and other information relevant to the work. Upload only material you have permission to share. Do not attempt to access another customer's records, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, or upload malicious files.

Estimates, Approvals, and Work

The workspace records the versions of estimates, change orders, and documents presented to you and the decisions you submit. Review each document before approving or signing. A sign-in, upload, or general message is not a substitute for a required work authorization. Pricing, payment, scheduling, warranties, and the scope of vehicle work are governed by the specific agreements with your shop. Contact the shop to resolve questions or request changes.

Photos and Media

Photos and files are used to manage the build and shared according to workspace permissions. Promotional media permission is requested separately. Declining optional promotional consent does not itself decline the work authorization.

Service and Records

Features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or other operational reasons. Contact your shop directly for urgent scheduling or vehicle matters. Access may be restricted if an account is misused or its shop permissions change. Approval, signature, and audit histories preserve the decisions recorded at the time.
