Manufacturer Partnerships
Brands can pay for product-catalog tools, installation resources, and campaigns that help builders understand their gear.

Our commitment is a full shop management application, free of cost to all shops, and a free garage and vehicle timeline for every customer.
Here’s How That WorksWe’re building toward this full offering. See available capabilities and the roadmap. Manufacturer catalogs, sponsorships, referral tracking, and cross-shop sharing are planned features.
No FMB subscription or per-seat fee.
Your garage, build story, and community.
Shop software should help a build move forward. Our plan is for manufacturers to fund the platform through useful product discovery and transparent commercial partnerships.
Manage the customer relationship and the work behind the build, from the first request through approvals, installation, and handoff.
Projects, phases, tasks, schedules, and team assignments in one workspace.
Versioned estimates, customer approvals, inspections, and signed work authorizations.
Technician time, project updates, and partial billing plans for your accounting handoff.
Inventory, purchasing, final accounting, and payments stay in Odoo or your existing systems. Parts, labor, and third-party services you choose still have their own costs.

A technician needs the next task. A project admin needs the open decision. A customer needs a clear update. The workspace brings those views around the same project.
Shop-management functions stay part of the free offering as we build them out. The roadmap shows the scope and remaining work.
THE VEHICLE KEEPS ITS STORY.A vehicle can outlast a single project or shop visit. Its story should connect the parts, the photos, the decisions, and the people who did the work.
Plan the build, save wanted parts, and document progress with dated updates and photos.
The planned handoff lets you share selected vehicle details and scope, then review the shop’s estimate and authorization.
With your permission, the next installer can see selected past work. Each shop keeps its own private work records.
Manufacturer products belong beside the vehicles they help build. Our planned catalog connects product details and installation resources with public builds running that equipment.
Customers will be able to add catalog products to a wishlist or build, then connect installed parts to a dated update. Shops can understand the plan before quoting the work.
Manual parts, wishlists, and installation links are available in My Garage. Manufacturer catalog integration and product-based discovery are planned. Community usage is not a fitment guarantee.

Shops and customers use FMB free. The commercial model we plan to build is paid for by manufacturers and sellers.
Brands can pay for product-catalog tools, installation resources, and campaigns that help builders understand their gear.
Sponsored products and placements can reach people exploring relevant public builds and vehicle categories. Paid placement is identified where it appears.
When someone follows a disclosed referral link and makes a qualifying purchase, FMB can earn a commission from the seller.
This is the funding plan, not a claim that these revenue programs are already operating. No advertising or referral tracking has been enabled by this page.
We plan contextual advertising around public vehicle and product pages. Private estimates, messages, signatures, shop notes, and unpublished builds are not advertising inventory.
FMB is built by American Adventure Lab. Our own products follow the same disclosure standards we set for other manufacturers.
Read the Privacy PolicyNo. Free shop and customer software is the business-model commitment. We plan to earn revenue from manufacturer services, labeled advertising, and disclosed referrals rather than a software subscription for shops or customers.
FMB is in active development. Projects, approvals, scheduling, time tracking, and other capabilities are implemented to the scope shown on our feature roadmap. Some capabilities are still planned. A full free offering is the direction, not a claim that every roadmap item is finished.
No. Shops still set their own prices for work and parts. Third-party payment, messaging, accounting, or other services you choose may charge their own fees. FMB does not set those prices.
No. Cross-shop sharing is planned around customer permission and selected records. Your public timeline and each shop’s private operational records remain separate.
No. Paid placement is not compatibility verification. Check the manufacturer’s fitment information and consult your installer before buying or authorizing work.
We’re looking for early partners to help shape useful product information and transparent sponsorships. Contact the FMB team to discuss a pilot.
